Sketchy Betches' creator, Cooper Fortune, discovered her talent for fashion illustration by chance. During Covid Lockdown, she was looking for ways to occupy her freetime. After stumbling upon a Marc Jacobs drawing tutorial, she quickly realized that she had a new found passion for art. 

Focused on fashion illustration, she  immersed herself with the beauty and femininity that is seen on runways. Her fashion sketches, dubbed “Betches”, are exaggerated versions of silhouettes with riotous colors. Each Betch carries a strong personality that holds her own against ensembles created with ink, gouache paint, and marker.

Cooper  lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia  with her husband Willie and two fur babies, Pepper and Ian. Her work has been featured in a number of Modern Luxury  magazines, designer showhouses and boutiques in Atlanta.
